All our fitness classes are popular, loved and are not just about giving you the best possible workout but provide a community like family, where you can meet new friends and feel right at home.

Zumba (60 mins)
The worldwide sensation that is Zumba is an incredibly effective workout and one of the most fun parties in Adelaide!
Led by trained Zumba instructors these hour-long classes are filled with modern music and easy to follow dance moves that gives you that cardio boost that you’ve been looking for.
At Studio Charli, it’s really important to us that you’re having a great time and letting yourself be free and we always encourage you to shake your stress away!
Once the latin and world rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Zumba fitness class benefits
Dancercise (45 mins)
Picture your favourite nightclub moves mixed in with abs, squats and arm weights. We bop along whilst singing our all time favourite songs and getting our groove on. Targeted for beginner through to advanced – push yourself as hard as you would like to work. We incorporate groove, basic ballet, kickboxing, broadway, sexy dance with lots of toning exercises. This fun filled class is a must!
You have so much fun, you don’t realise you are exercising. It combines toning and sculpting with cardio for an all round fun filled workout.
Any age or fitness level. Wear sneakers for extra bounce!
O M G! (30 mins)
Oh My Glutes, Lower Body Conditioning – As the name suggests, your typical session features a number of exercise routines that specifically target the abdomen and lower body. It’s a fantastic option for those who want to tone up.
This isn’t a hardcore program thats going to destroy you – you’ll generally burn somewhere between 250 and 400 calories during a half-hour session depending on how much effort you put in.

The focus is very much on toning and tightening. Targets the entire glute area – max, med and min. Core and both transverse abdominals (deep core), rectus abdominals and lower abdominals.
Core conditioning improves posture, which contributes to a trimmer appearance.
Sculpt (50 mins)
Studio Charli’s signature class, Sculpt by Charli is designed to get maximum results in a very short amount of time.
This is one of the most effective toning workouts in Adelaide. You’ll work out every muscle in your body and start to see incredible results, quickly.
With a mixture of toning and sculpting exercises, Pilates moves and you focus on specific muscle groups to keep you engaged. It’s ideal for those who are seeking extra muscle definition
The Sculpt by Charli fitness class consists of a warm up, legs and buttocks strengthening, hand weights for arm work and abs. There is use of the thera band to add the perfect muscle shaping resistance. It ends with some powerful floorwork to really whip you into shape.
There is also Sculpt by Charli Lite which is a modified version for those who are looking after injuries or illness or prefer a less intense workout. There is no floorwork in Sculpt by Charli Lite.

It’s a full body workout targeting arms, core and lower body in a short space of time.
Those people who are seeking a higher level of intensity to their workout and want truly defined muscles and improved joints and core strength. If you’re seeking better toning then this is the class for you!

Seniors Keep Fit (30 mins)
If you’re an older adult looking to establish an exercise routine, you should, ideally, be able to incorporate 150 minutes of moderate endurance activity into your week. A little bit of time every day to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
Seniors Keep Fitclass benefits
30 mins per session and include dance warming up and stretching with lightweight dumb bells to enhance muscle strength, tone and endurance.
The Golden Oldies
PILATES Sculpt (45 mins)
A strategic fitness class that combines the absolute best of Pilates, fitness techniques and ballet to ensure you get a head to toe workout, whilst improving your posture, grace and muscle function.
Using a proper ballet barre, resistance bands, light hand weights and Pilates balls this much loved fitness class incorporates standing Pilates with cardio intervals, core work and functional exercises.

This unique fitness program ensures the body is balanced and aligned correctly. The class routines are always fresh and fun, and the work out music will really keep you going through a wide range of effective exercise.
Those that want a flowing format that creates a total body workout which is easy to follow and fun! We do these fitness classes in bare feet. Equipment supplied but you’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you wish.
Zumba Gold (50 mins)
Redefining the golden age! One of our most popular classes, Zumba Gold is a game changer.
Specifically designed to teach you easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. But still provides the kind of cardio workout you’re looking for – no matter your age. We love great music in our Zumba Gold classes. Everything from Elvis to modern pop songs to classic Zumba tracks.

Zumba Gold fitness class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance! Plus, you get to meet new friendly faces.
Stretch & Flow
A gentle warm up followed by stretching which will loosen your tight muscles and improve blood flow. We will stretch each part of your body allowing the stress of the day to melt away and give the freedom of movement to your temple. Some gentle pilates moves will also allow you to stretch and tone your physique.

Better flexibility allows better posture and body function. You will feel refreshed and ready for the rest of your day after this class!
80s Aerobics (60 mins)
Dancing is the ultimate mood booster! It increases levels of the feel-good hormone serotonin and studies have shown it can help reduce stress and ease anxiety. 80’s Aerobics is a fun mix of cardio and muscular strength and endurance so a real total body workout targeting all major muscle groups and we can sing along to all our favourite 80s classic tunes!
This class runs the first Saturday of every month. Dress up in your finest lycra to really get in the spirit and prizes for best dressed and most enthusiast!
